A single payment opens every published line on your account for life: the moment it is for, the Vietnamese sentence, a pronunciation written for an English speaker, why it works, what she is likely to answer and what each answer means. It also opens every published word of the pack dictionary underneath. The counts shown on the pack page are the counts on the day you buy, and anything added while your access is open is yours at no extra cost.
For life. There is no end date: the pack stays open on your account, along with your progress and your history. Earlier purchases sold for a fixed period keep the end date shown on the account page.
It is not a subscription. Nothing renews on its own, no card is kept on file by us, and nothing is charged again without you asking for it. Access is tied to your account and is personal: it is not meant to be shared or resold.
If the pack is not useful to you, reply to your Stripe receipt within 30 days of purchase and you get a full refund, no questions asked. The refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten business days.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are shown in US dollars; your bank may apply a conversion fee. On your card statement the charge appears as GOLIVE SOFTWARE LLC* VIETFLIRT: GoLive Software LLC is the company that operates this site.
The words, sentences and notes are ours or used with permission. You may use them for your own learning. You may not copy the pack, in whole or in part, to redistribute it.
Vietflirt is operated by GoLive Software LLC, from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Questions, corrections and refunds go through the contact page or straight to contact@golivesoftware.co.
