You can read and drill the free lines without giving us anything. What you have trained is kept in your browser only, in local storage, and disappears if you clear it.
You do not create an account to pay. Stripe asks for your email and card; we never see or store the card number. After the payment we create an account for that email, with a Stripe customer and an invoice attached to it, and we keep the Stripe session id, the amount and the pack, so we know what to open and what to refund. We send you one email with a link to sign in. Stripe sends the receipt.
We store your email address, a password hash if you choose to set one, and what you have trained: which lines you found from memory and on which days, which is what decides when a line counts as ready. Signing in with Google gives us your email and name from Google, nothing else. A login link sends one email to the address you type.
Vietflirt shares its accounts with vietslang.com, made by the same team: the same email gives you the same account, and the same purchases, on both sites. Deleting your account deletes it on both.
The site records which pages are opened, what is clicked, which lines are played and listened to, and how far a page is read, tied to a random visitor id set in your browser. The country comes from your connection, as reported by our host (Vercel); we do not store your IP address. These events never contain your email, your password, your typed text or a line's Vietnamese: the collector drops anything that looks like it. We read them through our own tools, including an analytics assistant that only sees these events, in aggregate. Google Analytics runs on the production site only.
A session cookie when you sign in. Two measurement cookies, kept for 13 months: a random visitor id, and where your first visit came from (a search engine, a link). Google Analytics sets its own. No advertising cookies, no other third-party trackers.
Write to contact@golivesoftware.co to get a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have your account deleted. We answer within a week. Payment records that the law requires us to keep (invoices) stay with Stripe for the legal period.
